Painting of the week

Starting this week, I will be posting a painting, drawing or print of the week. I am exploring the size, shape, color and texture of rocks along with their interaction with water. Why rocks? Because I spend a lot of my time looking at, shaping and building with stone. Painting them seems a natural extension my interaction with this material.
